throttlelever.
Note:See7.2inthecaseof
machineswithoneshort-circuit
wire.
•
Pullthrottlecableoutoften-
sioner.
•
Unplugshort-circuitwiresfrom
socketsonignitionmodule.
-Removethrottletrigger,see7.4.
•
Disconnectshort-circuitwires
fromconnectorlugs.
Thepartsareinstalledinreverse
order.
•
Short-circuitwires,throttlecable
andtubingforthrottlecablemust
becorrectlyroutedinsidethe
handlemoulding.
Note:Thethrottlelevermustbutt
againstthestoponthecarburetor
bodywhenthethrottletriggerisin
thefullthrottlepositionand
againsttheidlespeedadjusting
screwwhenthetriggerisinthe
idleposition.
Thethrottlecableisadjustedby
movingthetensioner.
-Removeshroud,see3.1.
-Checkcorrectsettingofidle
speedadjustingscrew.
Important!Noteadjustingrange
ofidlespeedadjustingscrew.
-Tomaketheadjustment,press
thethrottletriggertothefull
throttleposition.

Turnadjustingscrew(1)clock-
wiseuntilthrottlelever(2)butts
againststop(3)oncarburetor
body.
-Releasethrottletrigger(idleposi-
tion).Thethrottlelevermustbutt
againsttheidlespeedadjusting
screw(4).
-Refitshroud.
