If groove depth is less than specified:
N Replace the guide bar.
The drive link tangs will otherwise
scrape along the bottom of the groove –
the cutters and tie straps will not ride on
the bar rails.
Removing the shroud
N Squeeze the throttle trigger and
move the Master Control lever to l

N Slide the lock to the rear.
N Remove the shroud upwards to the
rear.
Installing the shroud
N Refit the shroud and secure it with
the lock.
The air filter system can be adapted to
suit different operating conditions by
installing a choice of filters. Changing
the filter is quick and simple.
