Louver/link/cam assembly

If a constant torque is felt when rotating louver by hands,
the assembled condition is normal.
At the moment the room fan is stopped, louver auto
swing is stopped, and if room fan is started, auto swing is
re-operated.
- Especially, it occurs while dehumidifying or heating.
