These
indicators
Illuminate
to
indicate
the
operating
condi¬
tion
of
this
unit.
VOLTAGE
CONTROL:
When
the
power
Is
switched
ON,
this
indicator
illuminates
when
the
unit
Is
in
the
operating
condition.
CURRENT
DRIVE:
When
the
power
is
switched
ON,
this
Indicator
illuminates
after
about
4
seconds
when
the
unit
is
in
the
operating
condi¬
tion.
If
an
abnormal
condition
in
the
circuitry
Is
detected,
such
as
DC
voltage
appearing
in
the
output
or
a
short-circuit
of
the
positive
(+)
and
negative
(-)
wires
from
the
speaker
ter¬
minals,
the
protection
circuit
functions
and
this
indicator
will
not
illuminate.

Tone
control
button
(TONE)
This
switch
is
used
to
set
the
tone
control
circuit
(bass,
tre¬
ble)
to
ON
or
DEFEAT.

(VOLUME)

Tape-monitor

This
button
is
used
to
monitor
the
recorded
sound
during
recording.

to
this
position

monitor

sound

Set
to
this
position
to
monitor
the
sound
from
the
equipment
connected
to
the
"TAPE
2"
terminals.

Set
to
this
position
to
listen
to
a
phono
disc,
radio
broadcast,
compact
disc,
etc.

should

set
to
the
position
which
