This queries the operation event register of summary of a channe l, where <x> is 1,
2, or 3. 1, 2, and 3 are channel 1, 2, and 3 , respectively. Only 1 and 2 are available
on two channe
l instruments. (See page 3-1, Status and Events.)

Returns
<NR1> is a decimal integer represen
tation of the contents of the Questionable
Event Register for the specified channel, ranging from 0 to 255.
Examples
STATUS:QUESTIONABLE:INSTRUMENT:ISUMMARY3:EVENT? might return 2,
indicating that channel 3 transitioned
to constant current mode.
*STB? (Query Only)
The byte query returns the contents of the Status Byte Register (SBR) using the
Master Summary Status (MSS) bit. Refer to the Status and Events chapter for
more information. (See page 3-3.)
