cooling-systemhoses.
Every1,500hoursor2years,whichevercomes
rst—Replaceanymovinghoses.
Every1,500hours—Flushandreplacethe
cooling-systemuid.
Note:IfthePTOshutsoffduetohighengine
temperature,rstchecktheradiatorscreenand
radiatorforanexcessivebuildupofdebris.Cleanthe
systembeforeoperatingthemachine.Donotshutoff
theengineimmediately;allowtheenginetocoolby
runningitwithoutaload.
Cleantheradiatorasfollows:
1.Removetheradiatorscreen.
2.Workingfromthefansideoftheradiator,blow
withlowpressure,172kPa(25psi),compressed
air(donotusewater).Repeatthisstepfrom
thefrontoftheradiatorandagainfromthefan
side.
3.Afteryouhavethoroughlycleanedtheradiator,
cleanoutanydebristhatmayhavecollectedin
thechannelattheradiatorbase.
4.Cleantheradiatorscreenandinstallitontothe
machine.

Aftertherst50hours—Checkandadjustthe
servicebrakes.
Afteradjustingtheservicebrakesaftertherst50
hoursofoperation,youmayneedtoadjustthebrakes
againafterconsiderableuse.
Youshouldmeasureagapapproximatelya13mm
(1/2inch)betweenthebrakepedaltothefrontendof
theslotwhenthebrakepedalispresseddownfully.
