- Reading Cycle which is set per block.

In *2 area, the following information is written.
- The Number of blocks accessed per block when you make the setting value of Scan
memory access move from 2 to 64
- The Number of words accessed per word when you make the setting value of Scan
memory access move from 2 to 64
- The Time for the procedure (Unit : micro second)
The setting value AcceWordNum of Scan memory access is one in the line where the
value of ProcTime parameter is the minimum.
According to the above sample, ProcTime parameter in the line with underline is
minimum (32000) and so you use the AcceWordNum = 18 here.
