Shutdown
If the system is required to be shut down for a short time, just press the key “ON/OFF” on the
control panel. If the system is required to be shut down for a long time, the main power supply
shall be switched off. If there are no additional antifreezing protection measures (not this unit)
taken on the water pipeline. The water shall be drained off through the drain valve on the water
pipeline. Unscrew the water outlet in the water supply and return circuit, disassemble the unit
side panel, and unscrew the water outlets at the bottom of the water pump and the shell and
tube heat exchanger to ensure that the circulating water is drained off.
Startup after long-term shutdown
If the unit is started up again after long-term shutdown, the qualified professional shall finish the
following items:
1. Execute various operations in “Annual Maintenance”.
2. Discharge air in the water circuit and fill with water.
3. Open the shutoff valve on the water circuit.
4. Inspect whether the refrigerant pipeline is loosened.
5. Start the host unit.
6. Inspect whether all components normally operate.
7. Make the system operate for 15-20 minutes in the full load condition, and inspect the oil level
and various pressures.
8. Inspect the high and low pressures are normal.
The daily maintenance and service shall be performed by qualified professionals. In order to
prolong the service life of the unit and reduce the possibility of failure, please regularly perform
the necessary maintenance for the unit.
Please record the service behaviors of the unit weekly, and keep maintenance records. This
makes for the unit fault diagnosis of the maintenance personnel.
Weekly maintenance contents
1. Inspect the compressor in the shutdown mode.
2. Inspect the host unit, for example, whether there is abnormal compressor noise, whether the
distribution box is loosened, whether the pipeline leaks and abnormally vibrates, and so on.
3. Record the pressure, the temperature and other parameters as well as the maintenance time.
Annual maintenance:
1. Inspect the valve and the pipeline on the water circuit. If necessary, please clean the
water filter, and analyze the water quality. If it is necessary to clean the water circuit, the
professional shall assist in cleaning.
2. Clear the corroded surface and paint again, and inspect whether the door of the distribution
box is airtight.
3. Inspect whether the water pipeline is tight, inspect the water pump and its relevant
components, and check whether the antifreezing agent is enough. If necessary, charge the
antifreezing agent.
4. Perform the items in the weekly maintenance.
5. Inspect the electromagnetic contactor.
6. Inspect whether the control device is set and acts correctly.
7. Inspect whether the refrigerant pipe is locked.
8. Inspect the insulation of the motor coil.
