3.4 Window-opening detector
When a window is open, e.g. for ventila-
tion, the system automatically lowers the
temperature in order to save heating
energy and costs. No window sensor is
required for this function. This function is
implemented in the ambiSENSE software
and is activated by a measured tempera-
ture drop. After the window is closed, the
product is switched back to the original
operating mode. When switching to auto-
matic mode, the temperature is brought to
the desired temperature that is set in the
time programme.
