To close the outlet cover, loosen the screw in counter clockwise direction.
Swing the outlet cover left in clockwise direction over the outlet openin Tighten
the locking screw again to fix the outlet cover in closed position.
11.5 TO-DO LIST BEFORE OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Before each use of the appliance:
 make sure that the floor around the machine is not slippery or wet;
 make sure that the water supply valve is open;
 make sure that FUSES in your environment are in place and switched
on;
 make sure that the power SWITCH is on;
 clean the mixture treating cylinder;
 disinfect the mixture treating cylinder;
 make sure that there are no foreign objects in the mixture treating
cylinder;
The appliance must be cleaned and disinfected before every use!
Ice cream ingredients mixture must be of appropriate quantity and quality to
obtain optimum results. Ingredients for ice cream contain additives to reduce
friction between the mixer and the cylinder.
The weight of ingredietns for every cycle must be between minimum and
maximum permitted.
