13.3 REGULAR MAINTENANCE INSPECTION PLAN
All maintenance and servicing must be carried out by technicians authorized by
VALMAR Company.
13.4 TEST RUN
Procedure of the test run:
 make sure that the mixture treating control panel is in STOP state;
 make sure that the ejection hole cover is well closed;
 open the cylinder cover and pour approximately 4 inches (10 cm) of
water into the cylinder;
 close the cylinder cover;
 press the MIXING/EXTRACTION key;
 Let the machine operate for 10 seconds at the most! The appliance is
allowed to run without ice cream mixture for 10 seconds at the
most.
 press the STOP / RESET key;
 place a suitable container under the ejection opening, open the opening
and empty the water out of the cylinder
