4.5 – Connecting to a Computer Using Mini-HDMI
The mini-HDMI port on the monitor is compatible with most HDMI devices. When
connecting to a computer through HDMI, the monitor must be powered with a
5V/3A or higher external power source.
The monitor must also be connected to the computers USB 3.0 port using
Type-C to receive touch signals; otherwise, the touch function will not work. Use
a USB to Type-C cable (not provided) if your computer does not have Type-C
ports.
It is better to use the provided Type-C to Type-C cable to receive touch signals.
