The water tastes
strange.
• You did not clean the storage tank. Clean the storage tank.
• You have not used the water
filter for a long time.
Get rid of the saved water and
clean the storage tank.
• It is time to change the filter. Replace filters.
No water
comes out of the
extraction tap.
• The water supply is cut off.
• The water supply valve is closed.
Open the main water supply valve.
• The water extraction tap is not
working.
Contact a Zepter Service Centre.
• The filter replacement times have
been missed.
Replace filters.
Water flows slowly
from the extraction
tap.
• It is time to change the filter. Replace filters.
• The main water supply valve is
not closed.
Open the main water supply valve.
• The mains pipes are frozen. Call a pipe system specialist.
A leakage has
occurred.
• The water flow from the storage
tank is blocked.
Check the opening of the upper
cover.
