Mode
• Press for 1 second to enter or exit standby mode.
• Single press to switch between pan following and locking mode.
• Double press to switch between following and POV mode
• Triple press to realize 180°rotation on pan axis but stay in the current mode
• Quadruple press to reset tilt axis and roll axis position
“*” marked functions are only available for Canon and Nikon cameras properly
connected to the stabilizer. See more at Zhiyun Camera Control Cable Function
Table on page 10.
How to Use
ZHIYUN- Panasonic Camera Control Function Description
Please refer to the instruction on Camera Control Cable Configuration on page
18 to choose the right option for your camera.
1. Shutter release: Halfway press

18 to choose the right option for your camera.

Note: The non-motor-driven lens does not support optical zoom (recommended
motor-driven lens: E PZ 18-105mm F4 GOSS, E PZ 16-50mm F3.6-5.6
OSS).
1. For Sony and Panasonic mirrorless camera with EVF, Real-time Preview is
not needed.
2. When mounting a Sony camera to the stabilizer, make sure to power on
the stabilizer before the camera, otherwise the stabilizer may fail to control
the camera.
3. When powering on the stabilizer, please hold the camera with one hand in
case of malfunctioned rotation.
4. When powering on, avoid shaking of the stabilizer which may lead to start-
up failure.
