Lubrication
■ Lubrication
DMP motors can be lubricated while the machine is
running by using a grease gun. Lubrication intervals and
amount of grease are listed in the table below.
The bearing on the ND-end either has a grease nipple for
lubrication, or it is permanently greased.
Caution
Irrespective of the duty time the grease must be
replaced at least every fifth year.

Schmierung
■ Schmierung
DMP-Maschinen können während des Betriebes mit einer
Fettpresse nachgeschmiert werden. Die Schmierintervalle
und Fettmengen können der unten angegeben Tabelle
entnommen werden.
Das Lager am BS-Ende hat entweder einen
Schmiernippel, oder es ist dauergeschmiert.
Bel dauergeschmierten Lagem ist keine Nachschmierung
erforderlich.
Vorsicht
Unabhängig von der Betriebsdauer muß das Fett
spätestens jedes fünfte Jahr ausgetauscht werden.
