Dismantling and reassembling
■ Reassembling
• Wrap a piece of 1 mm thick insulating material
around the commutator.
• Place a suitable piece of insulating material into the
lower part of the stator.
• Inspect the main gaskets and apply a thin coat of
silicon before they are put into the stator. Make sure
that the mating surfaces of stator and end shields
are clean.
• Do not forget to fill the bearing parts with grease
during assembly.
• Lift the armature into the stator.
• Assemble the end shield at the D-end.
• Assemble the bearing covers at the D-end.
• Remove the piece of insulating material.
• Assemble the end shield at the ND-end.
• Thread the cables through the seal into the terminal
box.
• Assemble the bearing covers at the ND-end.
• Check that the armature turns easily.
• Fasten the leads to the brush gear.
• Assemble the terminal box and attach cables and
leads according to the terminal diagram.
• Remove the protective insulating material from the
commutator.
• Insert brushes into brush holders and check that
they can move freely in their brush holder pockets.
• Lubricate the machine.
• Assemble inspection covers including gaskets.
• Assemble all accessories.
Abbau und Montage
■ Montage
• Den unteren Teil des Stators mit einem geeigneten
Stück Isoliermaterial auslegen.
• Sicherstellen, daß die Kontaktflächen von Stator und
Lagerschild schmutzfrei sind.
• Die Hauptdichtung überprüfen, eine dünne
Silikonschicht auftragen und am Stator befestigen.
• Die Lager mit neuem Fett Schmieren.
• Den Anker in den Stator einbauen.
• Das Lagerschild am A-Seite montieren.
• Den Lagerdeckel am A-Seite montieren.
• Das Isoliermaterial aus dem Stator entfernen.
• Das Lagerschild am B-Seite montieren.
• Die Kabel durch die Kabelverschraubungen in den
Klemmenkasten führen.
• Den Lagerdeckel am B-Seite montieren.
• Überprüfen ob sich der Anker drehen lässt ohne zu
schleifen.
• Befestigen der elektrischen Verbindungen am
Bürstengestell.
• Klemmenkasten montieren und Kabel bzw.
elektrische Verbindungen entsprechend dem
Klemmenplan anschliessen.
• Das Isoliermaterial welches den Rotor schützt
entfernen.
• Die Bürsten in die Bürstenhalter stecken und auf
Leichtgängigkeit kontrollieren.
• Die Maschine schmieren.
• Die Inspektionsfenster einschliesslich ihrer
Dichtungen montieren.
• Vorhandenes Zubehör montieren.
