Disconnecting the post driver

2 Di sconnect the hoses by pulli ng up the knurl ed
l ocki ng ri ngs and pull ing up the coupli ngs. Fi t blanki ng
caps to the hoses.
Hydraulic hoses
For connecti ng the post dri ver the hydrauli c hose shall
be approved for a worki ng pressure of at l east 140 bar
and have a ½” i nner di ameter. T o resi st exterior wear
and tear we recommend usi ng a 2-layer hydrauli c hose.

T (tank) i s the exit point.
Quick release couplings
In the original , hydraul ic hoses are fi tted wi th
Fl at-Face qui ck rel ease couplings.
T hi s ki nd of qui ck release coupl ing i s stronger and
easi er to cl ean. The qui ck release coupli ngs are
fitted so that the mal e connecti on suppl ies the oil and
the femal e connection recei ves the oil .
Quick release coupli ngs shall be approved for a
minimum 140 bar work in g pressure.

2. Rem ove the nuts from the bottom pl ate.
3. Fi x the adaptor to the dri ver by the fasteners.

being applied e.g. Do not press the remot e
control (RC) or trigger on the LPD in the air.
Such repeated action may result in damage
to the LPD. If the energy supply to the LPD is
interrupted, releas e t he trigger (RC)
immediately to prevent damage.
