Sensors
A range of different sensor can be connected to the unit (see
Assembly and Operating Instructions of the specific sensor).
If connecting a rain and/or temperature sensor, the connect-
ing terminals cannot be simultaneously used as group con-
trol inputs.
•
Sun sensor (sun sensor for the Centronic SensorControl SC41 sun/wind
control unit)
•
Wind sensor (wind sensor for the Centronic SensorControl SC71 sun/wind
control unit)
•
Sun/wind sensor (sun/wind sensor for the Centronic SensorControl SC81
sun/wind control unit)
•
Rain sensor with potential free switching contact, such as our automatic
rain protection set RAS10
•
Temperature sensor with potential free switching contact, such as our
room thermostat RTR
If connecting a rain and/or temperature sensor, the control unit must be
switched from GROUP to RAIN/TEMP (see chapter Programming [}55]).

If using in applications where no wind monitoring is required,
e.g. for interior sun protection, a 47k Ohm substitute resistor
must be inserted in place of the wind sensor.
