Creating a user ID
In order to be able to use all the functions of the on-board computer, you
must register online.
With a user ID, you can analyze your ride data, among other things.
You can create a user ID via your eBike Flow app. Enter the details required
for registration. The eBike Flow app can be downloaded free of charge from
the Apple AppStore (for iPhones) or from the Google Play Store (for
Android devices).
Connecting the on-board computer with the eBike Flow app
Follow these steps to establish a connection to your smartphone:
– Load the app.
– Select Connect now.
– Follow the instructions on the smartphone screen.
You can record activities and adjust support levels with the app.
<eBike Lock>
<eBike Lock> can be activated for all users via the eBike Flow app. A key to
unlock the eBike is saved on the smartphone for this purpose.
<eBike Lock> is automatically active in the following cases:
– When switching off the eBike system via the operating unit
– When automatically switching off the eBike system
– By removing the on-board computer
The eBike is unlocked when the eBike system is switched on and the smart-
phone is connected with the eBike via Bluetooth®.
<eBike Lock> is connected to your user account.
Should you lose your smartphone, you can log in via another smartphone us-
ing the eBike Flow app, and unlock your user account and the eBike.
Warning! If you select a setting in the app that leads to disadvantages for
the <eBike Lock> (e.g. deletion of your eBike or user account), then you will
first be shown warning messages. Please read through these thoroughly
and adhere to the warnings that are issued (e.g. before deleting your
eBike or user account).
Setting up <eBike Lock>
In order to be able to set up the <eBike Lock>, the following conditions
must be fulfilled:
– The eBike Flow app has been installed.
