Appliance not working;
no symbols light up
There is no power
supply
Check that the appliance is prop-
erly plugged into the power supply
Machine brews but no
drink dispensed
The water tank is not
correctly positioned
Make sure that the water tank is
positioned correctly
The water tank was
removed during the
brewing process or there
is air in the system
Start a cleaning cycle with the
Service T DISC
The oat in the water
tank is stuck
Clean the water tank and ensure
the oat can move
Drink size smaller than
usual
Not enough water in the
water tank
Fill the water tank after the drink
has nished dispensing and press
the Start / Stop button to nish the
drink
The appliance needs
descaling
