Rear Panel Connections
1. Inputs A/B: Balanced XLR Inputs.
2. Outputs 1-4: Balanced XLR Outputs.
3. USB port: B-type USB port for optional connection to PC running SP-24 Editor software.
4. IEC power: IEC power cord input.
Balanced and Unbalanced Connections
The ControlSpace
®
SP-24 sound processor features balanced XLR connections which can be
modified at the cable for use with unbalanced equipment. Although balanced connections are
preferred, an unbalanced connection can be made by tying together pins 1 and 3.
USB Connection
When using the SP-24 Editor software, connect the supplied USB cable from the SP-24 sound
processor to a PC. The USB cable should be used directly between the SP-24 sound processor
and the computer.
Note: Use of docking stations or USB hubs is not recommended.
Note: The SP-24 Editor software and User’s Guide are available for download
from pro.Bose.com.
