CONNECTING
Warning!
If you are not familiar with electrical installations and the connections or are unsure during one
of these steps, please consult professionals for installation advice! Risk of personal injury and
property damage!
The head-up display connects to the vehicle via DLC (Data Link Connector; standardised
16-pin connection).
Location of the data link connector:
The DLC is typically located on the driver’s side, approx. 30cm from the middle of the instru-
ment panel.
1. Turn the ignition o.
2. Locate the 16-pin data link connector (DLC).
3. Connect the OBD connecting cable to the vehicle.
4. Connect the OBD connecting cable to the USB port [6] on the head-up display.
5. Turn the ignition on. The engine can be running or o.
6. Flip open the projection surface [1].
ASSEMBLY
Attention! When installing the head-up display, be sure it does not diminish your field of vision.
The connecting cable must not interfere with your ability to drive and the head-up display must
be firmly secured.
1. Select a mounting location [A-D] on the fascia.
2. Place the non-slip pad in the desired location.
3. Place the head-up display on the non-slip pad.
