The circulating heat + micro-wave cooking mode combines micro-wave cooking with circular
heat cooking, which allows you to save considerable time .
The following micro-wave power levels are available :
100-200-300-400-500 W.
The cooking temperature can be adjusted in increments of 10°C, from 50°C to 250°C.
The cooking time can be set between 0 and 60 minutes.
Recommendations:
When using the oven in the combined circulating heat + micro-wave mode, do not use
metal cookware.
Cooking on two levels :
To simultaneously cook an 800 g roast veal and 800 g of potatoes au gratin, set the appliance as
follows : 55 min at 170°C, micro-wave power level 300 W.
We recommend that you place the potatoes on the turntable and on the roast veal on the drip
tray inserted at level 3.

CIRCULATING HEAT FUNCTION
Programming the M-O + CIRCULATING HEAT function Display
Turn the selector to choose the MO +cir-
culating heat function.
The micro-wave display lights up; the
highest microwave power, 500 W
appears in the display.
Turn the +/- button
to
reduce the power of
the micro-wave oven, e.g. 300 W. Confirm
the power level by pressing START/STOP;
the temperature (200°C) flashes in the dis-
play.
Turn the +/- button
to
select the pro-
gramme time, e.g. 180°C.
Confirm the temperature by pressing on
Start / Stop; the clock’s digits start flash-
ing in the display.
Turn the +/- button to adjust the cooking
time, e.g. 40 minutes.
Confirm by pressing START/STOP.
The oven turns on and the programme
begins.
Comments
:
The cooking time may be adjusted at any time by simply turning the
+/-
button.
Until the programme temperature is reached, the “°C” symbol flashes.
A beep is sounded to indicate that the programme temperature has been reached and the
“°C” symbol stops flashing.
You can preheat your micro-wave oven for circulating heat programmes just as you would
a traditional oven.
Please note:
Never preheat your oven in the Circulating Heat + Micro-wave mode because this
could damage the appliance.
