CONFERENCE CALL GUIDELINES
Follow these guidelines when using 3-way and 6-way calling:
• If the user that initiates the conference call drops off, the call will continue, but no additional parties can be added.
• If the party you are calling to add to the conference does not answer his/her phone, press the END CALL soft key on your phone; then press the
RESUME soft key to return to the existing conference call.
• If you are using the web portal Call Control window to add parties to the conference call, when you press the RELEASE button, it drops the last
party that was added to the call. If you press the RELEASE button again, it drops the party that was added before that, and so on.
