Method of Error
Detection
High pressure control (operation halt, frequency drop, etc.) is activated in cooling operation if the
temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor exceeds the limit.
Error Decision
Conditions
 The temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor rises above about 65°C
(149°F).
îš„ The error is cleared when the temperature drops below about
49.5°C (121.1°F).

îš„ The installation space not large enough
îš„ Dirty outdoor heat exchanger
îš„ Defective outdoor fan motor
îš„ Defective stop valve
îš„ Defective electronic expansion valve or coil
îš„ Defective outdoor heat exchanger thermistor
