Problem Solution
Dust comes out while

If Shut-off Feature Engages
1. Turn off the vacuumimmediately.
2. Empty the tank as describedabove.
3. Clean the suction opening filter as described in Cleaning
the Suction OpeningFilter.
4. Remember to put the dust filter in place before
resumingwork.
MAINTENANCE
Your
appliance has been designed to operate over
a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper
appliance care and regularcleaning.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, turn
appliance off and disconnect appliance from power
source before installing and removing accessories,
before adjusting or changing set-ups or when
making repairs. An accidental start-up can causeinjury.
WARNING: For user servicing, the machine must be
dismantled, cleaned and serviced, as far as is reasonably
practicable, without causing risk to the maintenance staff
and others. Suitable precautions include, decontamination
before dismantling, provision for local filtered exhaust
ventilation where the machine is dismantled, cleaning of
the maintenance area and suitable personalprotection.
• The manufacturer, or an instructed person, shall
perform a technical inspection at least annually,
consisting of, for example, inspection of filters for
damage, air tightness of the machine and proper
function of the controlmechanism.
• When carrying out service or repair operations, all
contaminated items which cannot be satisfactorily
cleaned, are to be disposed of; such items shall be
disposed of in impervious bags in accordance with
any current regulation for the disposal of suchwaste.
• For dust extractors it is necessary to provide for an
adequate air change rate L in the room if the exhaust
air is returned to the room.

The charger and battery pack are notserviceable.
Lubrication
Your vacuum cleaner requires no additionallubrication.
Cleaning
WARNING: Cleaning with blowing with compressed air
is not allowed for dust class L vacuums. Wear approved
eye protection and approved dust mask when performing
thisprocedure.
WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals
for cleaning the non-metallic parts of the tool. These
chemicals may weaken the materials used in these parts.
Use a cloth dampened only with water and mild soap.
Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse any
part of the tool into aliquid.
Optional Accessories
WARNING: Since accessories, other than those offered

Protecting the Environment
Separate collection. Products and batteries marked
with this symbol must not be disposed of with normal
householdwaste.

recovered or recycled reducing the demand for raw materials.

Rechargeable Battery Pack
This long life battery pack must be recharged when it fails
to produce sufficient power on jobs which were easily done
before. At the end of its technical life, discard it with due care for
our environment:
• Run the battery pack down completely, then remove it from
the vacuumcleaner.
• Li-Ion cells are recyclable. Take them to your dealer or a
local recycling station. The collected battery packs will be
recycled or disposed ofproperly.
