7 Command format
In sleep mode（Mode 3：M1=off, M0=off）, it supports below instructions on list.
(Only support 9600 and 8N1 format when setting)
C0 + 5 bytes working parameters are sent in hexadecimal format. 6 bytes in total and
must be sent in succession, ( Save the parameters when power-down ).
Hexadecimal format sends three C1, the module returns saved parameters, must be sent
continuously.
Send C2+5 bytes in hexadecimal format: 6 bytes of working parameters, must be sent
continuously (power off without saving)
Hexadecimal format sent three C3, the module return version information, must be sent
continuously.
Hexadecimal format sent three C4, the module will produce a reset, must be sent
continuously.
Default parameter values：C0 00 00 1C 20 64
7.2 Reading operating parameters
In sleep mode（M0=1，M1=1），
User gives the module instruction (HEX format): C1 C1 C1,
Module returns the present configuration parameters.
For example, C0 00 00 1C 20 64.
