Thermometer E0041
The thermometer measures indoor and outdoor temperature.
Technical parameters:
• Thermal range: indoor temperature (IN) 0 °C to 60 °C
• Outdoor temperature (OUT) -40 °C to 60 °C
• Measurement precision: ±1 °C
• Thermal resolution: 0.1 °C
• Thermal probe: outdoor, waterproof
• Length of the thermal wire probe: 2 m
• Power supply: 2x 1.5V AAA
Installing the battery
1. Remove the battery cover on the rear side of the appliance.
2. Insert two 1.5 V AAA type batteries. Follow the polarity as indicated on the bottom of the battery compartment.
Use alkali batteries only. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
3. Close the battery compartment.
Indoor and outdoor temperature
1. Outdoor temperature is shown in the upper half of the display in the OUT eld.
2. Indoor temperature is shown in the lower half of the display in the IN eld.
Care and maintenance
The product is designed so that with proper use it can serve reliably for many years. There are several guidelines for
correct operation:
• Before you start using the product, read the user manual carefully.
• Do not put the product in direct sunlight, extreme cold or moisture and sudden temperature change. It would
lower the measurement accuracy.
• Do not put the product in locations prone to vibrations and shocks – it could damage the product.
• Do not put the product under excessive pressure, shocks, dust, high temperature or moisture – it might harm the
product functionality, deplete its energy, damage the batteries or deform the plastic components.
• Do not put the product on rain or in moisture, unless it is designed for exterior use.
• Do not place any sources of open re, on the product, such as a burning candle.
• Do not put the product in places with insucient airow.
• Do not interfere with the internal electric circuits of the product – you can damage it and render the warranty
invalid. The product should be repaired only by qualied professionals.
• Clean with soft wet cloth. Do not use solvents or cleaning detergents – they might scratch the plastic elements
and damage the electric circuits.
• Do not submerge the product under water or other liquid.
• The product must not be subjected to dripping or splatter water.
• If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, do not repair it on your own. Have it repaired in the shop, where
you bought it.
• Keep the product out of reach of children. It is not a toy.
• Remove at batteries. They might leak and damage the product. Use only new batteries of the recommend type
and follow proper polarity when replacing them.
• Do not throw the accumulator into re, do not dismantle and short-circuit it.
At the end of service life, the thermometer and the batteries become hazardous waste. Do not throw them
into unsorted communal waste. Hand them over at the local collection point – for example in the shop
where you purchased the appliance.
