Troubleshooting guide
TheBluetooth speaker
will not switch on.
• Thebattery might be flat. Recharge thebattery.
No sound from
thespeaker when
anexternal device
is connected via
Bluetooth/NFC.
• Check thevolume and play/pause status on both
theexternal device and speaker.
• Make sure that theBluetooth/NFC connection is
functioning properly.
• Test theplayback of thefile on theBluetooth device on
its own to make sure it works before connecting it to
thespeaker.
• Try using another file. Thefile you are attempting to play
may be incompatible or damaged.
• Make sure that no other wireless devices are disrupting
thecurrent Bluetooth connection.

• Check for sufficient volume level on theconnected
device and thespeaker. Check theplay/pause button
on theconnected device.
• Check that thecable connecting thedevice and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
• Test theplayback of thefile on thedevice itself before
connecting it to thespeaker.
• Try using another file. Thefile you are attempting to play
may be incompatible or damaged.
Resetting to
factory settings.
• If theabove measures don’t solve theproblem,
thespeaker may need to be reset to its original factory
settings. Turn thespeaker on and press [ - ] and [ + ]
simultaneously to initiate afactory reset.
