1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Liftdeckandsecureinraisedpositionasstatedin
theCleanGrassBuild-UpUnderDecksection.
3.Inspectbladesandsharpenorreplaceasrequired.
4.Reinstalltheblades(iftheywereremoved)inthe
followingorder:
A.Installbushingthroughbladewithbushing
angeonbottom(grass)sideofblade.

WARNING
Incorrectinstallationofthebladeor
componentsusedtoretainthebladecan
bedangerous.Failuretousealloriginal
componentsandassembledasshowncould
allowabladeorbladecomponenttobe
thrownoutfromunderthedeckresultingin
seriouspersonalinjuryordeath.
AlwaysinstalltheoriginalExmarkblades,
bladebushings,andbladeboltsasshown.
