Tachometer
On vehicles with a diesel engine,
the tachometer goes to
6 000 revolutions per minute.
Engine coolant temperature
gauge
At normal operating temperature,
the needle remains within the
centre section.
If the needle enters the red section,
the engine is overheating. Switch
off the ignition and determine the
source of the problem once the
engine has cooled down.
In addition, on vehicles with a
message centre, the message HIGH
ENGINE TEMPERATURE will
appear in the display.
Fuel gauge
The amount of fuel required to fill
the tank up may be less than the
specified tank capacity, as a small
amount of fuel always remains in
the tank.
The arrow adjacent to the fuel
pump symbol indicates on which
side of the vehicle the fuel filler cap
is located.
