Do not use the UFC 100 System (With the Carbon Prelter) with
water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality un-
less adequate disinfection before and after the system. Models
with activated carbon lter option certied for cyst reduction may
be used on disinfected waters that may contain lterable cysts.

USEPA’s Guide Standard and Protocol for Testing Microbiological
Water Puriers (OPP Task Force Report, 1987) as interpreted by

tested by BioVir Laboratories Inc. and found to meet all the
requirements of the USEPA’s Guide Standard and Protocol for
Testing Microbiological Water Puriers (OPP Task Force Report,
1987) as interpreted by the BioVir Laboratories specically for the
Homespring™ UF200 Series Products.
