B.Usage Situations Where Appliance Power Cord Will
Be DisconnectedFrequentlg.
Donot usean adapter plug in these situations because
disconnecting of the power cord places undue strain on
the adapter and leadsto eventual failure of the adapter
ground terminal.The customer should havethe 2-prong
wall receptacle replaced with a 3-prong (grounding)
receptacle bg a qualified electrician before usingthe
appliance.
Theinstallation of appliances designed for mobile
home installation must conform with the Manufactured
Home Construction and Safety Standard,Title 24 CFR,
Part3280 (formerly the FederalStandard for Mobile Home
Construction and Safety,Title 24, HUD,Part280)or,
when such standard isnot applicable,the Standard
for Manufactured Home Installations,latest edition
(Manufactured Home Sites,Communities and Set-Ups),
ANSIA225.1,latest edition, or with local codes. In Canada,
mobile home installation must be in accordance with the
current CAN/CSAZ240/MH MobileHome Installation Code.

II Pinchsidesof connector and pull out of range back.

Sealang openings in the wall behind the range and
in the floor under the range when hookups are completed.

BURNERS
Operationof all cooktopandoven burnersshouldbe checked
afterthe rangeandgas supplglineshavebeencarefullU
checkedfor leaks.
Electric Ignition Models
Selecta top burnerknobandsimultaneouslUpushinandturn
to LITEposition.Youwill heara clickingsoundindicatingproper
operationof the sparkmodule.Oncethe air has beenpurged
fromthe supplglines,burnersshouldlightwithin 4seconds.
Afterburnerlights,rotate knoboutofthe LITEposition.TrU
eachburnerinsuccessionuntil allburnershavebeenchecked.

If burner flames looklike(A),call for service.Normal burner
flamesshouldlook like(B)or (C),dependingonthe type of gas
gouuse.
With LPgas,someyellowtippingon outerconesis normal.

Theovenisdesignedto operatequietlgand automaticallg.
Tooperatetheoven,pressthe Bakepad andthen pressthe
numberpadsuntil 350° appearsinthedisplay.Touchthe
Start/On pad.After30-90 seconds,the ovenburnerwill ignite
and burnuntil the settemperatureis reached.Theovenburner
willcontinueto cycleon and off asnecessaryto maintain
theovenat the temperatureindicatedbythe display.
Tocheckignitionofthe broilburner,touchthe BroilHi/Lo pad
andthen the Start/On pad.After30-90 seconds,the broil
burnerwill ignite.
Electricignition modelsrequireelectricalpowerto operate.
Incaseof a poweroutage,the ovenburnersonthesemodels
cannotbe lit manuallywith a match.Gaswill not flow unless
theglowbar ishot.
Ifthe ovenisin usewhen a poweroutageoccurs,the burnerwill
shutoff and cannotbe relituntil power isrestored.
