1. Implement measures for the installa-
tion of the hood on site. Cover all
kitchen appliances, etc. In extraction
mode: Prepare suitable on-site ex-
haust air facilities in the ceiling/wall
on site.
2. Determine the installation direction of
the hood. If the LEDs are on the right
hand side from the user's perspective,
the flap opens in the user's direction.
3. Determine the position of the extractor
hood centrally over the hob (use a
plumb line for help) and mark the cen-
tre point of the hood on the ceiling.
Mark the fastening holes from the
hood body on the ceiling.
4. Drill four holes (Ø 10 mm) and insert
the wall plugs. Screw the hanger bolts
into the wall plugs until approx. 20 mm
protrude.
