Fault Cause Solution
Motor cannot rotate - Dead battery
- Uninstalled battery pack
- Charge the vacuum cleaner
- Properly assemble the battery
pack and main body
Reduced suction - The canister is full of dust
- Filter is filled with dust
- The air inlet pipe of electrical floor
brush is blocked or the rolling
brush is stuck
- Wrong operation on the change-
over button
- Empty the dust canister
- Clean or replace the filter
- Clear the air way
Insufficient application time
after charging
- Insufficient charging time
- Battery aging
- Fully charge the battery according
to the instruction described in the
charging section
- Since the battery belongs to
consumables - new ones can
be purchased in the authorised
service centre
Screech at startup - Wrong operation on the change-
over knob - for example - the
knob is pointed to the floor brush
mark while using the handle for
vacuuming; or the knob is pointed
to the handle mark while using the
floor brush for vacuuming
- Adjust the mark on the knob
and point it to the correct
vacuuming position

Cleaning of powerhead
1. Use the flathead screwdriver or a coin to rotate the
rolling brush cover lock.
2. Remove the brush cover in the direction as shown to
take the rolling brush out from the notch for cleaning
(do not wash with water).
3. After cleaning or replacement, assemble it in the
reverse order of disassembly.
IMPORTANT! Remove the battery from the vacuum
cleaner before performing any maintenance duties.
