k9 Read/Write Memory Test
This test performs marching pattern, refresh
and
byte tests
on
a selected memory block. Enter
the
octal block
number
and
press (
CONTINUE)
.
If
100000
is
entered,
all
even blocks are tested.
The
block starting address
and
ending address are displayed. The block
is
continuously tested
until (
STOP)
is
pressed. Errors are treated as described
in
the memory troubleshooter.

This test allows you to arrange
and
set up your own rack testorder.
Note
The tests are performed
only
if
the options are installed, otherwise,
the tests are skipped.
Likewise,
if
the printer has
no
paper the printer
test
will
not be performed and
if
a tape cartridge
is
not installed the
cartridge
drive
test
will
not be performed.
Disconnect
all
interfaces
from
the computer during
this
test.
When
kl0
is
pressed, the
sequence
of desired tests can
be
entered. Here
is
a list of the tests
and
the key to press to select each test.

printed
if
the printer is installed.
