Dual polymer toner
Finer dual polymer toner particles fuse at a lower
temperature than other printers, resulting in more
consistent output, smooth grayscales and fine details.
Helical roller drive mechanism
A helical drive mechanism creates a smooth fluid
interface between the printer and print cartridge,
eliminating banding and uneven gray areas. The result
is optimum quality graphics.
Magnetic seal
A magnetic seal provides leakproof sealing over the
entire life of your cartridge for added reliability and
a cleaner work environment.
Finer OPC sensitivity
Improved sensitivity in the organic photoconductor
(OPC) drums provides the clarity needed for 1,200-dpi
halftone images and grayscales.
HP pull tab

HP tonergauge technology
HP offers an advanced technology consumables
management tool called HP Tonergauge technology.
It’s designed to take the guesswork out of ordering
supplies by letting you easily monitor toner usage. By

Spherical color toner
HP’s chemically grown color toner particles are
spherical in shape and extremely small, resulting in
uniform color density, highly accurate placement and
exceptional printing quality.
