Power connector cable
To remove the power connector cable, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the power connector cable, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 29).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 29).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 31).
Remove the power connector cable:
1. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screw (1) and the three Phillips M2.5 × 5.0 screws (2) from the display
hinge, and then lift and rotate the hinge o the power connector (3).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screw (1) that secures the power connector bracket to the computer, and
the remove the bracket (2).
