3. Utilizzo proprio
L‘apparecchio deve essere usato solamente
per lo scopo a cui è destinato. Ogni altro tipo di
uso che esuli da quello previsto non è conforme.
L‘utilizzatore/l‘operatore, e non il costruttore, è
responsabile dei danni e delle lesioni di ogni tipo
che ne risultino.
Il tosaerba a benzina è adatto all‘uso privato nei
giardini di piccole dimensioni.
Sono considerati tosaerba per l‘uso privato in gi-
ardini di piccole dimensioni quegli apparecchi che
di regola non sono usati per oltre 50 ore l‘anno
e che sono utilizzati principalmente per la cura
di superfi ci erbose, ma non in giardini e parchi
pubblici, in impianti sportivi e in attività agricole o
forestali.
Il caricabatterie è concepito per la ricarica di
batterie di avviamento 12V che non richiedono
manutenzione.
Tenete presente che i nostri apparecchi non
sono stati costruiti per l‘impiego professionale,
artigianale o industriale. Non riconosciamo alcuna
garanzia se l‘apparecchio viene usato in imprese
commerciali, artigianali o industriali, o in attività
equivalenti.
Il rispetto delle istruzioni per l‘uso fornite dal
produttore è una condizione per l‘uso corretto
del tosaerba. Le istruzioni per l‘uso contengono
anche condizioni per l‘esercizio, la manutenzione
e la riparazione.
Attenzione! Visti i rischi per l‘utilizzatore il tosa-
erba non deve venire usato per i seguenti lavori:
regolare cespugli, siepi ed arbusti, per tagliare e
sminuzzare piante rampicanti o superfi ci erbose
su terrazze pensili o in vasi sui balconi, per pulire
(aspirare) vialetti e come trituratore per sminuz-
zare foglie e rami tagliati da alberi ed arbusti.
Il tosaerba non deve inoltre venire usato come
motozappa né per livellare irregolarità del suolo,
come per es. i mucchi di terra sollevati dalle talpe.
Per motivi di sicurezza il tosaerba non deve venire
usato come gruppo motore per altri utensili o set
di utensili di qualsiasi tipo.
