5. Prima della messa in esercizio
5.1 Assemblaggio dei componenti
Alcune parti sono smontate quando vengono for-
nite. L‘assemblaggio è facile quando si osservano
le seguenti avvertenze
Attenzione! Per l‘assemblaggio e per lavori di
manutenzione avete bisogno anche dei seguenti
utensili non compresi negli elementi forniti:
•
una bacinella di raccolta dell‘olio piatta (per il
cambio dell‘olio)
•
un misurino da 1 litro (resistente all‘olio / alla
benzina)
•
una tanica di benzina
•
un imbuto (adatto per il bocchettone di riem-
pimento del serbatoio)
•
degli stracci (per togliere i resti di olio/benzi-
na; smaltimento alla stazione di servizio)
•
una pompa di aspirazione benzina (in plasti-
ca, disponibile nei centri del fai-da-te)
•
un oliatore con pompa a mano (disponibile
nei centri del fai-da-te)
•
olio del motore
Montaggio
1. Serrate il manico (Fig. 3a/Pos. 3) con una vite
(Fig. 3a/Pos. 12b) e un dado a stella (Fig. 3a/
Pos. 11) su ciascun lato. Scegliete uno dei
fori per il fi ssaggio a seconda dell‘altezza
dell‘impugnatura desiderata. Attenzione!
Impostate la stessa altezza su entrambi i
lati! Fate attenzione che i cavi fl essibili, che
vengono fi ssati in un secondo momento, non
disturbino.
2. Fissate l‘archetto di spinta superiore
all‘archetto di spinta inferiore con i dadi a stel-
la (Pos. 11) e le viti (Pos. 12a), come indicato
nella Fig. 3b.
3. Appendete l’impugnatura della fune di avvio
(Fig. 3c/Pos. 9) al gancio apposito come illus-
trato in Fig. 3c.
4. Fissate le funi di avvio all’impugnatura con i
serracavi forniti (Fig. 3d/Pos. 10).
5. Sollevate il portello di scarico (Pos. 5a) con
una mano e agganciate il sacco di raccolta
erba (Pos. 4a) come illustrato in Fig. 4a.
Attenzione! Per interventi sulla batteria e per il
relativo smaltimento, è necessario osservare le
avvertenze del costruttore.
Avvertimento! Prima di montare la batteria, la
persona incaricata dovrebbe togliersi braccia-
letti metallici, orologio da polso, anelli e simili. Il
contatto di questi oggetti con i poli della batteria o
con i cavi che conducono corrente può provocare
ustioni.
Avvertimento! Prima di ogni messa in eser-
cizio controllate i materiali isolanti del cavo e
della spina. In caso di difetto dell‘isolamento,
l‘apparecchio non deve essere messo in eserci-
zio.
Avvertimento! Lasciate eseguire le riparazioni
solo da un‘offi cina specializzata o dal produttore.
5.2 Montaggio e smontaggio della batteria
(Fig. 13-16)
Attenzione! Usate il tosaerba solo con una batte-
ria da 12V che non richiede manutenzione.
Togliete la copertura batterie (Pos. 18) svitando
le 4 viti di fi ssaggio (Fig. 13) con un cacciavite
a croce (non compreso tra gli elementi forniti).
Posizionate la batteria (Pos. 23) sulla base (Fig.
14). Prima collegate il cavo rosso a + e dopo il
cavo nero a – (Fig. 15). Collegate la spina della
batteria (Fig. 16/Pos. 17) con la spina della rete di
bordo del tosaerba (Fig. 16/Pos.16). Riapplicate
la copertura batterie girando le 4 viti di fi ssaggio.
Lo smontaggio avviene nell‘ordine inverso.
Attenzione! Non staccate la batteria dalla rete di
bordo durante l‘esercizio, ciò può provocare danni
irreparabili al controllo della carica.
5.3 Sostituzione del fusibile (Fig. 17)
Sostituite il fusibile difettoso (Pos. 19) come
mostrato nella Fig. 17.
