3. Bearing Unit
4. Set Screw
1) Align the bearing set screw hole with the pump
body set screw hole.
2) Press the bearing unit into place.
3) Secure the bearing with the set screw.
5. Impeller and Seal Unit
1) Apply a thin coat of liquid gasket to the seal unit
outer periphery.
2) Install the seal unit.
3) Measure the impeller protection from the
water pump body fitting face.

6. Cooling Fan Center
Measure the distance between the cooling fan fitting
face and the water pump body fitting face.
