Operator Protective Structure
WARNING You could be killed or seriously injured if you operate a machine with a damaged or missing
ROPS/FOPS. If the ROPS/FOPS has been in an accident, do not use the machine until the structure has
been renewed. Modifications and repairs that are not approved by the manufacturer may be dangerous and
will invalidate the ROPS/FOPS certification.
Machines built to ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure)/FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) standards
have identification label A fitted to the inside of the cab.
The FOPS structure provides Level II Impact Protection against falling objects (as defined in ISO 3449:2005).
