years from the date of purchase. If your JCB power tool becomes defective within
this warranty period, we guarantee to:
• Replaceorrepairalldefectiveparts,freeofcharge,or
• Repairproductsfreeofcharge,or
• Replacetheunitwithaneworre-conditionedunit,freeofcharge.
Conditions
Your 5 year guarantee does not cover defects caused by or resulting from:
• overload,misuse,orneglect
• normalwearandtear,includingaccessorywear
• tradeorhireuse
• repairsattemptedbyanyoneotherthananauthorisedagent
• damagecausedbyforeignobjects,substancesoraccidents
Your 5 year guarantee does not cover:
• batterypacksastheyareguaranteedfora12monthperiod
• accessoriessuppliedwiththepowertool.
