Track Motor
Dismantling and Assembly
Note: The Track Motor and Gearbox should be removed
from the machine. see Track Motor Removal and
Replacement.
Note: The following procedure shows the complete
dismantling of the Track Motor, with the Track Gearbox
removed, see Track Motor, Disassembly. If only partial
dismantling is required, the Track Gearbox does not need
to be removed.
Before starting the dismantling, drain the oil, clean all the
surfaces with a suitable solvent and dry with compressed
air. Discard all 'O'-rings and seals which are disturbed
during dismantling.
Dismantling
1 Dismantle the relief valve.
a Loosen the plugs 1-A of the relief valves from the
valve housing.

b Unscrew the Four socket head screws 2-A and
remove the valve housing.

c Remove the o-ring seals 3-A from their seats in
the valve housing 3-B.

d Remove the loosened plugs 4-A.
