1) Adjustment of the pulley cover
[Method of replacement]
1. Remove the hand wheel .
2. Remove three pulley cover setscrews .
(Cautions) 1. At the time of re-assembly, the pulley cover
should be kept raised.
2. At the time of re-assembly, handle the pulley cover
carefully not to pinch cables and others.
2) Clearance of the hand wheel
1. The clearance is 1mm between the hand wheel and the pulley
cover .
For adjustments, loosen the hand wheel setscrews (2 pcs.)
o This can be a cause of marker dot
displacement from the hand wheel
.
o This can be a cause of maloperation.
o If a clearance is too much, this can be
a possible cause of entanglement of
the thread from the thread stand.
