3.1.6 Removing the power unit assembly
(See Fig.11)
Remove the metal cover, front panel assembly and main
board.
(1) Remove the two screws J attaching the power unit assem-
bly.
(2) Take out the power unit assembly from the main body and
disconnect the power cord from the connector.
3.1.7 Removing the digital amplifier board
(See Figs.11 to 15)
Remove the metal cover, front panel assembly and main
board.
(1) Remove the four screws K attaching the digital amplifier
board assembly. (See Fig.11.)
(2) Disconnect the wire from the connector CN611
on the
speaker terminal board and take out the digital amplifier
board assembly from the main body. (See Fig.11.)
(3) From the top side of the digital amplifier board assembly,
remove the screw M and take out the heat sink. (See
Fig.12.)
(4) Remove the two screws M attaching the shield case B to
the shield case. (See Fig.13.)
(5) Remove the joints (e, f, g, h), remove the shield case B in
the direction of the arrow. (See Figs.13 and 14.)
(6) Remove the solder sections j fixing the digital amplifier
board on the shield case. (See Fig.15.)
(7) Bend the claws (k, m) in the direction of the arrow and take
out the digital amplifier board from the shield case.
Reference:
When attaching the digital amplifier board, attach it after fitting
the projections (n, p) of the shield case in the holes of the dig-
ital amplifier board. (See Fig.15.)
