CAUTION
This part explains playing back 1) files recorded on
the loaded disc, and 2) files recorded on an SD card
inserted to the main unit. The operation is explained
with a display of MP3 files as an example.
1 Prepare the system for file playback
by following the operations below.
When you want to play back files on a disc
Place a disc on the disc tray.
• Refer to steps 1 and 2 on page 13.
When you want to play back files on an SD card
Insert the SD card to the [SD] slot on the
front of the main unit.
NOTE
•The SD card will only function when the cover is
closed.
The following SD cards can be used on the main unit.
•miniSD™ and microSD™ card requires a miniSD™
and microSD™ card adaptor.
• Copyrighted files cannot be played back.
•This system cannot recognize SD cards with a
rating that exceeds 5 V/500 mA.
• Before inserting an SD card, refer a
lso to its
manual.
• Before disconnecting the SD card, make sure that
playback is stopped.
2 Press [;] or [SD].
NOTE
•You can also use the buttons on the main unit. You
can also select “SD” as the source by repeatedly
pressing [SOURCE], followed by pressing [;] to
start playback.
•If you select another source while “READING” is
displayed in the display window, sound is not
produced until reading of the files is completed.
3 Press [o] to stop playback.
•The menu screen appears on the TV screen.
