Troubleshooting
몇 Caution
To avoid risks, all repairs and replacement of spare parts may only be carried out by au-
thorized customer service personnel.
First pull out the plug from the mains before carrying out any tasks on the machine.
Fault Cause Remedy
Pump runs but does
not transport
Air in the pump see chapter "Preparation" Diag. A and B
and the chapter "Operation"
Suction pipe blocked Pull out the mains plug and clean the suc-
tion pipe
Pre-filter is dirty Remove the prefilter and the backflow
valve and clean them under flowing wa-
ter, rinse any dirt residues from the fill
neck by opening the discharge opening.
Pump does not run
or suddenly comes
to a standstill during
operations
Power supply interrupt-
ed
Check fuses and electrical connections

Pump stops, the dis-
play shows "Err1", all

for leakage.
