BELT CHANGING AND BRUSHROLL CLEANING
TO REMOVE BELT
1. Remove floor
brush from the
PowerMate
®
.
2. Turn PowerMate
®
upside down and
remove three (3)
screws.
3. Turn PowerMate
®
right side up.
4. Loosen the rear
latches located
below the pedals.
5. Grasp cover
by rear and pull
up to remove it
from base.
6. Unscrew two (2)
brushroll cover
screws and remove
brushroll cover.
7. Lift brushroll
assembly out
and remove
worn belt.
8. Check and clean end cap areas. See
BRUSHROLL ASSEMBLY
(page 23) for
picture of complete brushroll assembly.
