4 MENU SETUP
CHARACTER ENTRY
When character entry is required, a cursor will appear
on the display.
1 Move the cursor to the left or right by pressing [Q-
M.IN] or [Q-MR].
2 Turn the MULTI/CH control or press [M.IN]/
[SCAN (SG.SEL)] to select your desired character.
• You can delete the selected character by
pressing [CL].
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 to enter the remaining
characters.
4 Press [MENU] to set the entry and to exit character
entry mode.
• Press [CLR] at any time to cancel character
entry mode and return to the Menu selection.
Available alphanumeric characters:
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q(q) R S T U V W X
Y Z
(space) + – / 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Note: Refer to page 23 to change the Power On message, and
page 43 to register a Memory Channel name.
